Save Ngwathe se voorstelle is soos volg:

Eskom has warned Parys residents that their power supply is at risk due to the blatant non-payment by Ngwathe.
There have been many olive branches offered to Ngwathe by Eskom, but all have been ignored with contempt.
This while the residents buy electricity for their pre-paid meters and Ngwathe misappropriates the money on other items.
The public has an opportunity to submit proposals for consideration by Eskom, as reported in the Parys Gazette (Click here)
Save Ngwathe’s proposals are as follows:
1. Eskom must manage the account into which prepaid meters’ money is deposited, not Ngwathe.
The account details must be provided to all residents and resellers, so that all electricity payments can be paid into it.
2. Eskom can transfer the profit that Ngwathe would get from the sale of power to Ngwathe with conditions.
2.1 A part of it must be used for the repayment of debts to Eskom.
2.2 Ngwarthe must repair and maintain the unsafe electrical network.
3. If Ngwathe does not comply with the conditions, Ngwathe’s license must be revoked and another service provider must be appointed.
4. Illegal power connections should be regularly removed and punitive measures should be introduced against the individuals.
